Your beta interest request

We collect your business email, first and latest request times, request status and the notice version shown when you submit. We use this information to follow up about beta evaluation and access. Requests are unverified; joining the list does not create an account, reserve a place or promise access or a date. This form sends no automatic email. We do not sell the list or use it for unrelated campaigns.

Who can access it

Only authorized operators and necessary service processors can access requests. The website uses Render for hosting and Supabase for database storage. Hosting services process connection and request details to deliver and protect the site. Resend handles the private app’s sign-in email; this form does not call it. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, embedded third-party media or tracking pixels. Joining the list sets no sign-in cookie and does not load private workspace records.

Abuse controls

We use temporary codes based on email and network addresses to limit repeated requests. These codes are not proof of your identity or employment. They stop counting toward request limits within two hours and are cleared as new requests arrive or during maintenance. Necessary hosting security logs are separate.

Retention and removal

Contact us to correct or remove your request. Removal clears your email from the active list. We keep a limited removal record to help prevent an old backup from adding you back. A later affirmative signup can join the list again. We review requests for removal after 12 months without a new request. A person runs this maintenance; there is no guaranteed automatic deletion date.

The hosted service keeps database backups under the storage provider’s retention rules. We also keep encrypted copies made during maintenance. We have not yet set a deletion schedule for those copies. Removing your email from the active list does not immediately erase it from backups. Removal requests must be checked before an older copy is used again. Contact us about the current arrangements.

Your private workspace

Log in opens the separate Intentionology app. It uses a necessary sign-in cookie and has its own access and privacy rules. This interest form grants no access to anyone’s work. Read the private workspace notice.
